The Village of Port Washington North has postponed Saturday’s grand opening of the Bay Walk Park due to pending inclement weather.
Port Washington North Mayor Bob Weitzner said the village will reschedule the event and is planning a new date.
The village began planning the park 14 years ago in an attempt to turn an old oil dock into a waterfront community park.
