Roslyn High School Athletes Helping Athletes members visited the 5th grade lunch periods to spend time with elementary students at East Hills and Harbor Hill Schools.
Athletes Helping Athletes is a peer leadership program that emphasizes positive behaviors in sports and abstinence from the use of controlled substances.
The program also stresses the importance of education and participation in sports as well as other positive activities.
