A West Hempstead man was charged with exposing himself and touching his genitals in front of three teenagers three separate times in Nassau County.
Ernest Fuentes Lozano, 24, allegedly approached three girls, aged 13, 14 and 17 from his black SUV on Tuesday, Oct. 17, according to polce.
The three incidents reportedly took place in Herricks in the vicinity of Mayflower Avenue, New Hyde Park and West Hempstead.
Herricks Superintendent Tony Sinanis said in a statement to families the district consulted with police to make sure all safety precautions were being taken. Sinanis said no one was injured in the incident and the crossing guard who witnessed it also reported to the police.
Lozano is charged with three counts of public lewdness and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
