PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Russell Gardens will hold a public hearing at Village Hall, 6 Tain Drive, Great Neck, NY, on the 7th day of June, 2018 at 8:00 in the evening of that day to consider:

A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND RUSSELL GARDENS

CODE, CHAPTER A65 ENTITLED ‘ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS:RULES AND REGULATIONS ‘Section A65-7 ‘Contents of notice of Appeal;fee’

Copies of the law described above, are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and are available for inspection during regular village office hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the hearing all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
