NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Port Washington North, County of Nassau, State of New York, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids on the Park Maintenance 2019/20 2021/22 contract. Bids for the Contract will be received until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the Village Office, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050. At that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained, commencing Friday, December 21, 2018, at the same office. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids or to reject all bids or to accept any bids which in the opinion of the Board of Trustees will be in the best interests of the Village, so long as such decision is in accordance with the provisions of the General Municipal Law.
