PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North Board of Trustees on March 8, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. at the Village of Port Washington North, Village Hall, located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York. The hearing will be on the application of Soundview PW LLC; By: Todd Cooper as applicant and PEBB Soundview, LLC; By Ian Weiner as owner for the premises known as 101 Shore Road, Port Washington, New York 11050 and more particularly designated as Section 4 Block 129 Lot(s) 1, 10, 12, 14B & 14C on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County. The applicant and owner has filed an application to the Port Washington North Village Board of Trustees for Site Plan Review under Chapter 137 of the Port Washington North Village Code. The applicant and owner are seeking to reconfigure and change the Soundview Market Shopping Center to include adding a drive through for Starbucks and demolishing one of the buildings and adding a restaurant with outdoor seating. There will also be enhanced landscaping and other ancillary improvements to said site plan. †The above application and site plan drawings are on file at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington North and may be seen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
