Tentative assessment roll of the Village of Great Neck

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Assessor of the Village of Great Neck, Nassau County, New York, has completed the tentative assessment roll of the Village for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2023 and ending May 31, 2024.  A copy of the aforementioned tentative roll has been filed with the Clerk-Treasurer at his office, 767 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, New York, where it may be seen and examined during business hours, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Mondays through Fridays, from February 1, 2023 until February 21, 2023, or online at www.greatneckvillage.org. On February 21, 2023 between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 7:30 P.M., the Board of Assessment Review will sit at the Village Hall, 767 Middle Neck Road, New York, for the purpose of hearing of complaints in person, by appointment only, by calling 516-482-2000 in relation thereto on the application of any person considering himself or herself aggrieved.
