NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Inc. Village of Bellerose, New York, has filed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the fiscal year June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023, and that a copy thereof has been filed with the Clerk-Treasurer at the Village Hall, 50 Superior Road, Bellerose Village, NY, where it may be seen and examined by any person at all times during business hours: 9AM to 3:30PM, excluding holidays. The TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL is also available for review or download on the Village website (Tax Assessment Roll 2022 – Bellerose Village Official.) PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on the said 15th day of February 2022, between the hours of 4PM and 8PM, the Village Board of Review will meet in the Village Hall, at which time and place any person aggrieved by the assessment and submitting such grievance on proper form, which may be obtained here Form RP-524:3/09:Complaint on Real Property Assessment Before the Board of Assessment Review: rp524 (ny.gov), may appear and be heard.
