(SEAL) Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court Department Of the Trial Court BRISTOL, SS.CASE NO. 22 MISC 000021(GHP) Bank of America, N.A. vs. Clearlight Mortgage Corp. formerly known as Coastal Capital Corp., et al TO: any former officers, stockholders, creditors and any other persons claiming any interest in Clearlight Mortgage, Corp. formerly known as Coastal Capital Corp., a dissolved New York corporation formerly located in Greenvale in the state of New York, or their heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors or assigns. You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by the above-named plaintiffs in which you are named as an interested party. This complaint concerns a certain parcel of land in Taunton, Bristol County, and said Commonwealth being known as and numbered 293 Crane Avenue South, title to said parcel is clouded by a mortgage given by Brendan P. Mullen and Krista L. Mullen to Coastal Capital Corp. d/b/a The Mortgage Shop, said mortgage being dated July 7, 2003 and recorded in the Bristol North District Registry of Deeds in Book 12389, Page 124, plaintiff alleges that all obligations secured by the aforementioned mortgage have been performed and that it is entitled to a discharge to clear the record and seeks a judgment to that effect. This complaint may be examined at the Land Court, Boston, Massachusetts, or a copy obtained from plaintiff’s attorney. If you intend to make any defense, you are hereby required to serve upon the plaintiff’s attorney, Denise A. Chicoine, Esq., Englander & Chicoine P.C., whose address is One Boston Place, Suite 2600, Boston, MA 02108, an answer to the complaint on or before the fourth day of July, next, the return day, hereof, and a copy thereof must be filed in this court on or before said day. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint. Unless otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arise out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiffs’ claim, or you will thereafter be barred from making such claim in any otheraction. It is ORDERED that notice be given by publishing a copy of this notice once in The Roslyn Times, a newspaper published in Greenvale, in the state of New York, at least thirty days before the fourth day of July.Witness, Gordon H.
