REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
Supply/Install Custom Storefront Signs, Lights or Awnings The Village of Great Neck Plaza (the Village) is seeking proposals for its storefront improvement program for eligible downtown commercial properties. Upon agreement with each qualified building owner, the Village will coordinate and fund the cost of crafting and installing custom exterior signs, lights and/or awnings. The Village will select the most favorable proposals based on costs, qualifications and experience. Municipal procurement requirements, insurance and public policies apply and your experience with these should be noted in your proposal. The Village will separately award and directly contract with each trade professional.
