Request for Bids – Road Repairs
Inc. Village of Bellerose Notice to Bidders: The Village of Bellerose invites the submission of bids to repair Village roads.† Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Trustees until Noon, October 6, 2023, for the street repairs described on the “Specifications for Road Repairs 2023” which is available by request e-mailed to the Village Clerk (villageclerk@bellerosevillage.org). Bids must be in writing, addressed to:Clerk, Village of Bellerose50 Superior Road Bellerose Village, NY 11001-4125 Bids must be received no later than Noon, October 6, 2023, at which time and place the bids will be opened.† All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked clearly on the outside thereof “Bid-Bellerose Village Road Repairs – 2023”. The Village reserves the right to require the successful contractor to post a performance bond with sufficient surety for an amount not to exceed one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposals, or to reject all proposals, or to accept any proposal which in the opinion of the Board will be in the best interests of the Village.
