Request for Bids (RFB) – Road RepairsInc. Village of Bellerose Notice to Bidders: The Village of Bellerose invites the submission of bids for contractors to repair Village†roads. Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellerose at the Village Office, 50†Superior Road, Bellerose, New York, until Noon on July 29, 2022, for the street repairs described on the Request for Bids which is available on the Bellerose Village website (https://www.bellerosevillage.org) or by a request e-mailed to†the Village Clerk (villageclerk@bellerosevillage.org). Bids must be in writing, addressed to the Clerk, Village of Bellerose, and be received no later than Noon, July 29, 2022.†The Village reserves the right to require the successful contract to post a performance bond, with†sufficient surety, for any amount not to exceed one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price. All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked clearly on the outside thereof “Bid- Bellerose Village Road Repairs 2022”. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposals, or to reject all proposals, or to accept any proposal which in the opinion of the Board will be in the best interests of the Village.
