Incorporated Village of Bellerose Roadwork Project: Milling and Repaving of Selected Streets
The Incorporated Village of Bellerose invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the roadwork project, which involves milling and repaving selected streets within the village.
Project Overview: The project scope includes the milling and repaving of designated streets within the Incorporated Village of Bellerose. The selected contractor will be responsible for all project aspects, including preparation, milling, repaving, and necessary traffic management measures.

All bids must be received by noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at noon on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the above address. Attendance is open to all interested parties.
Bidder Specification Package: A detailed bidder specification package is available on the Village of Bellerose’s official website at https://www.bellerosevillage.org. Prospective bidders must thoroughly review this package before submitting their bids.
Requirements: Bidders must meet all requirements as specified in the bidder specification package. Additionally, all milling and repaving must conform to the Cornell Asphalt Paving Principles, accessible at https://hdl.handle.net/1813/113527. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in the bids received, and accept the bid that best serves the village’s interest.
