PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PORPOSAL VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS CONTRACT FOR: VILLAGE GOLF COURSE BUNKER PROJECT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that proposals will be received by the Village of Lake Success (ìVillageî) Village Clerk, Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York until 10 AM on October 20, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud and the contract awarded as soon thereafter as practicable. Project Description ñ VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS GOLF COURSE BUNKER PROJECT The Village is requesting proposals from qualified specialized contractors that have experience in bunker design, renovation and revision. Project documents may be obtained at Village Hall, 318 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York. Bid documents will be available beginning at 9 am on Monday October 9, 2023. An on- site meeting will be arranged upon request by calling Jon Price 631-901-7526 the Village Golf Superintendent, prospective bidders cannot visit the premises independently. Each proposal must be made on the proposal form prepared for this work and in the manner designated therein and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $500 and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Village Administrator of the Village of Lake Success and marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder, and the words ìVILLAGE GOLF COURSE BUNKER PROJECTî Checks from proposals not selected for final consideration and review will be returned within 48 hours. Upon execution of the contract, or within forty-eight (48) hours thereafter, the remaining checks will be returned. The company with the winning proposal must comply with all State and Federal statutes relating to labor and Workersí Compensation. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept that bid which in its judgment best serves the interests of the Village.
