PUBLIC NOTICE Great Neck Water Pollution Control District Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District will hold a public hearing at the office of the District, 236 East Shore Road, Great Neck, New York on August 10, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., to consider and act upon a proposed Petition by the said Board of Commissioners to the Town Board of the Town of North Hempstead for the acceptance and approval by the said Town Board of a bond issue for 2023 Force Main and Sewer Improvements; the above improvements are to be installed at District’s pumping stations and the sewer collection system, located on Piccadilly Road and Bayview Avenue, which Petition states that the maximum amount requested to be expended shall not exceed $46,000,000.
