PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a public hearing was held by and before the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of New Hyde Park, New York, on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 7:30 PM prevailing time, at the Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York, and the following local law was adopted:
A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF NEW HYDE PARK
AUTHORIZING A PROPERTY TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE LIMIT ESTABLISHED IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW ß3-C
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this local shall take effect immediately after its filing in the office of the Secretary of State and the publication of a public notice containing and abstract hereof, in accordance with the provisions of applicable state statue and local law.
