Zoning Board of Appeals Village of South Floral Park NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Floral Park will hold a Public Hearing on July13, 2022 at 6:00 PM, remotely, via videoconference only, with no ìin personî location, as authorized pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022, for: † † 1. Application of Danny Lau, as owner of the premises at 399 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, New York, shown on Nassau County Land & Tax Map as Section 32, Block 337, Lot 01, to reinstate previously granted but lapsed zoning area variances in connection with a proposed one-story addition to an existing single-family dwelling on a corner lot: (i) where Village Code Section 210-8 requires a minimum setback of 20í for each yard, whether a front or side yard, that fronts upon a street, the proposed addition would provide a setback of only 4.5í in the northerly front yard, and a setback of only 5.6í in the easterly side yard. 2.
