NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Zoning Board of Appeals, Village of Roslyn Estates, will hold Public Hearing on March 16, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. remotely, via videoconference only, with no ìin personî location, as authorized pursuant to NYS Legislation enacted September 2, 2021 (S.50001/A.40001), for: 1. Application of Kamram Pourgal, owner of premises at 17 The Serpentine, Roslyn Estates, NY, in R-18 zoning district, shown as Section 7, Block 18, Lot 154 on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variances from §200-22(A), §200-22(C), §200-22(D), †and §200-22(E), †of Village of Roslyn Estates Code, to allow construction of new single family home upon demolition of existing single family home, where new home as proposed would: (a.) be constructed on lot with lot area of 11,182 sq. ft., where minimum required lot area is 18,000 sq. ft.; (b.) be constructed on lot with lot width of 100à from street line to depth of 70Ã, where minimum required lot width from street line to depth of 70Ã, is 110Ã; (c.) have a rear yard of 36Ã, where minimum required rear yard is 45Ã; and (d.) a front yard of 35Ã, where minimum required front yard is 40Ã.  Individuals wishing to review application file may do so during Village business hours. All interested parties may attend remotely, via Zoom videoconference on March 16, 2022, at 7:30 PM. Zoom meeting link, access number, and password will be available on the Village website, https://villageofroslynestates.com, by not later than March 15, 2022.  The hearing will be recorded and later transcribed. All persons remotely accessing/attending the Public Hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard.
