PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Russell Gardens on May 8, 2018 at 8:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 6 Tain Drive, Great Neck, New York, to render their decision for the application of Two-Fifty One LLC, 251 Northern Boulevard, Russell Gardens, described as Section 2, Block 241, Lot 329, for a variance of Section 60-48 of the Village Code for a proposed educational school with insufficient required off-street parking for proposed use and the application of Mr. & Mrs. Brian Kniesly, 30 Wensley Drive, Russell Gardens, described as Section 2, Block 237, Lot 104 for a variance of Section 60-22 C which requires a minimum aggregate side yard setback of 30 feet and plans indicate 26 feet, 3 inches at this location.
