LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear: Case #630, the Application of Nicholas Rinaldi, owner of premises at 79 The Oaks, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in R-21 zoning district, also known as Section 7, Block 19-1, Lot 42, on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for variances from Village Code Sections 200-14.(E.), and 200-14.(G.) 1., to permit alterations to existing driveway that will create: (a) a driveway width of 16í at the front property line, where the maximum permitted driveway width is 12í (said proposed driveway would also widen to 20í in the Village right-of-way, from the front property line to proposed new 20í wide curb cut, which is subject to Board of Trustees approval); and (b) a side yard setback of 7.42í to a driveway serving a garage with doors that provide access to/from the side yard, where the minimum required side yard setback to such a driveway is 15í.
