NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNUAL FIRE PROTECTION CONTRACT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Roslyn Estates will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2023, at 7:30 PM, at the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York, pursuant to Village Law Section 4-412, to consider the proposed annual contract for fire protection during 2023 between the Village and the Roslyn Fire Companies (Rescue Hook & Ladder Co. No. 1, Inc., and Roslyn Highlands Hook & Ladder, Engine & Hose Co., Inc.). All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard. The Village desires to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
