VILLAGE OF PORT WASHINGTON NORTH PLANNING BOARD A public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County, New York at Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York on April 30, 2024, at 6 30 p.m. The public hearing will be on the application of David Fanfan and Pleasant Avenue Development LLC., the applicants and owners of 18 Morgan Place, Port Washington New York. The Nassau County designated land and tax map description is Section 4, Block Q Lots 5 and 135 and 21 and 133. Applicants and owners are seeking a subdivision of 18 Morgan Place, and more particularly subdividing lots 5 and 135 (currently owned by David Fanfan) from lots 21 and 133, (currently owned by Pleasant Avenue Development LLC), and creating two separate and distinct lots. The proposed subdivided property is zoned Residence C. The hearing will be on the proposed subdivision. The above application is on file at the Office of the Village Clerk located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington North between the hours of 9 00 a.m. and 3 00 p.m., Monday through Friday until the time of the hearing.
