VILLAGE OF PORT WASHINGTON NORTH Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to law, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North, Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York on December 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at Village Hall located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, for the purposes of considering the following application.†The application of Evan Rosenblatt, as applicant and PEBB Soundview LLC & Soundview PW, LLC., as owner of the premises known as 137, 139 and 143 Shore Road, Port Washington, New York for a conditional use permit for outdoor seating and to modify the existing building from two tenants to three tenants to accommodate the food establishment ìJust Salads.î The proposed conditional use permit will only be pertaining to the outdoor seating at said location. The application is pursuant to Section 176-71(B) of the Port Washington North Village Code. The parcel of land is located in the Village of Port Washington North Business District Zone, and is further described as Section 4, Block 129, Lots 1, 10, 12 & 14C on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County. The conditional use permit requested is approval for conditional use approval of outdoor seating at said location.††At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
