Please Take Notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York upon the application of: BZA Application #24-070 Robert and Paula Foley

Install an in-ground pool
Sec. 464-11: Every pool shall be constructed at least 10’ft. distance from any lot line, where 4’ft. (rear yard setback) and 5’ft. (side yard setback) is proposed.
At the scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Building Department and may be seen during office hours by all interested parties. All those wishing to be heard will be given such opportunity.
