Please Take Notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York upon the application of: BZA Application #23-100 Daniel Bakhshi 132 Roselle Street Mineola, New York 11501 Proposed construction of a new dwelling. Schedule of Regulations – Minimum required side yard setback is 6 ft. with aggregate of 14 ft. where a side yard setback of 5’6” ft. (East) to the exterior wall and 4’5” (West) to cellar entrance and an aggregate of 9’11” ft. is proposed. Minimum required front yard setback is 25’ ft. where 24’10” ft. is proposed. At the scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Building Department and may be seen during office hours by all interested parties.
