NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of North Hempstead – Board of Zoning Appeals Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals. APPEAL #21530 – Lake Success Shopping Center; 1400 Union Turnpike, New Hyde Park; Section 8, Block 235, Lot 56; Zoned: Business-AAVariances from §§ 70-202.4(C)(1) & 70-202.4(C)(4) to construct cart corrals within a parking lot that would not be permanently anchored to the ground and without the protective roof.
