PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF THE VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing on April 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York, to consider the tentative budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2023 and ending May 31, 2024. Copies of the tentative budget showing appropriations and estimated revenues for the said year can be obtained from the Village Clerk-Treasurer at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York, during office hours 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. At said public hearing, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. The tentative budget contains no provisions for any compensation to the Mayor or to any member of the Board of Trustees for their services. The Village of Kings Point does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to, or employment in its projects and activities.
