The Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a public hearing at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the Village Hall, 767 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, New York, with respect to amending Section 275-288 of the Village Code entitled “Limitations on incentives”. The local law, if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State. Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Abraham Cohan, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516) 482-2000, in sufficient time to permit arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
