LEGAL NOTICE
VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 p.m. on February 25, 2019, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board.
CASE NO. PRPB20180440​—​The application of David Tehranian, as the Executor of the Estate of Gladys Colvin Tehranian, and the Town of North Hempstead, as owners, for preliminary and final approval of a plan to legalize a subdivision that occurred in 2010 of a parcel of land known as 577 East Shore road and the adjacent no number East Shore Road, comprising approximately 164,787.02 gross square feet, into two parcels, Parcel A to comprise 52,556.93 gross square feet and Parcel B to comprise 112,230.09 gross square feet. The subject property is shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 164, Lots 27 and 28, and is located in a Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point. Parcel A, owned by the Estate, is improved with a single-family dwelling and Parcel B, owned by the Town, is a densely wooded area limited by deed restrictions to recreational and municipal purposes and is presently vacant. There are no plans to change any existing structures on Parcel A and no plans to construct any structures on Parcel B.
The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours.
At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
