A public hearing to consider the application for subdivision and site plan approval, by Paul Boom, attorney, to subdivide one lot into two lots, at the property known as 68 Polo Road, Great Neck, New York, and known as Section 1, Block 60 Lot(s) 77 on the Nassau County land and tax map. The application and accompanying specifications are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be inspected by interested parties during regular business hours.
