PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following: Giuseppe Adragna†Interior Alterations for dance school 504 Cherry Lane New Hyde Park, NY 11040 Section/Block/Lot: 8/20/60 Section 195-7.B. Special Uses. A building may be erected, altered or used for any purpose set forth in this subsection only when authorized by the Board of Trustees as a special use after a public hearing: (5) Churches or other houses of worship, hotels, motels, banks, financial service centers, funeral parlors, theatres, public schools, private schools and libraries. (dance school) At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
