LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a public hearing Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 6:30 p.m., at Village Hall, 155 Washington Ave., Mineola, NY 11501, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, for the purpose of giving all interested persons an opportunity to provide written or oral comment with regard to the Village of Mineola’s request for federal HUD CDBG funds distributed through the Nassau County Office of Community Development pursuant to its 50th Program Year. The Village of Mineola does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities. Bryan Rivera has been directed to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination requirements of the Federal Sharing regulations.
