LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following: APPLICATION OF SAMANTHA ROSSI FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 550 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED ZONING , SECTION 550-12 ENTITLED B-1 DISTRICTS , SUBSECTION (B) ENTITLED SPECIAL USES TO ESTABLISHA PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 263 JERICHO TURNPIKE, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK 394, LOT 26; and APPLICATION OF PASQUALE INVESTOR FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 550 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA ENTITLED ZONING , SECTION 550-15.2 ENTITLED JERICHO TURNPIKE OVERLAY DISTRICT TO CONSTRUCT 18 RESIDENTIAL UNITS UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 157-161 JERICHO TURNPIKE, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK 405, LOT 158.
