INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF GREAT NECK ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 7 Redbrook Terrace (Section 1 †/Block 142 †/Lot(s)115)†PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 7:30PM https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88356725404 or by calling 1 929 436 2866, Meeting ID 883 5672 5404. The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Great Neck shall hear the application of Yardena Gorge, †owner, represented by Edna Guilor, architect, for the premises at 7 Redbrook Terrace in Great Neck. The applicant is seeking the following variance(s) from the Village Zoning Codes in connection with an application for a rear addition: †1. ßSection 575-58 Rear Yard†There shall be a rear yard, the depth of which shall be 25 feet plus 1/4 of the depth of the lot in excess of 100 feet. The minimum rear yard requirement is 25 feet, whereby 17.9 feet is proposed.
