PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Inc. Village of Lake Success Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Community Building, 318 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York, on March 13, 2023 at 7:30 PM regarding adoption of the following Village RESOLUTION: The Village of Lake Success, under Chapter 56 , Section 103-a of the Open Meetings Law, permits the Village of Lake Success Board of Trustees (ìBoardî) to authorize its members to attend meetings by videoconferencing under extraordinary circumstances; and procedures for Member Videoconferencing.†At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.†PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local laws are available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours.††PATRICK FARRELL,†Village Administrator†††
