VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK, NY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, will hold a public hearing in the Village Hall, No. 1 Floral Boulevard, Floral Park, New York on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. relative to the following application: Application of Victor and Karyn Faster, owners of 192 Verbena Avenue, Floral Park, NY 11001 for a variance ß 99-21 (1)(a) Every lot in any residential district shall have a front yard with a depth not less than the average of the depths of the existing front yards on the lots in the same block; provided, however: The front yard on a lot situated between and contiguous to two lots on which there are existing buildings need not have a depth greater than the average of the depths of the front yards on such contiguous lots.
