PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a continuation of a public hearing at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on June 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Omar & Amber Saleem, 43 Robbins Drive, East Williston, New York to request variances from:
Variance #1 Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings
Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘On a property with a detached garage, the section of the driveway running from the street line must be no more than 10 feet in width
Requested varying width from 10 to 25 feet
Variance #2 Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings
Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘On a property with a detached garage, The section of the driveway running from the garage may be permitted to be 20 feet in width, provided that said section shall be no more than 20 feet in length
Requested 25 feet in width x 25 feet in length

Sub-section D (1) (a) ‘The actual curb cut shall not exceed 10 feet’
Requested 16 foot curb cut
