LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of South Floral Park will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 8:00 PM. in Meeting Room 2, Elmont Public Library, 700 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, New York 11003, to consider the adoption of: A. Bill No. 3 of 2022, A proposed local law to amend ß 210-32, “Schedule of work on work granted by variance,î of Article V, “Enforcement and Administration,î of Chapter 210, “Zoning,î of the Code of the Village of South Floral Park, to extend the date by which a zoning variance granted by the Board of Appeals lapses; and B. Bill No. 4 of 2022, A local law amending ß 202-7, “Speed Limits,î of Article II, “Traffic Regulations,î of Chapter 202, “Vehicles and Traffic,î of the Code of the Village of South Floral Park, to establish a Village-wide maximum speed limit of 25 MPH.
