LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, for: Application of Steel-Los Dos, LLC, owner, and DISH Wireless, LLC, licensee, 1044 Northern Boulevard, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, in Zone C-1 (commercial) zoning district, also known as Section 7, Block 22-1, Lot 824, on Nassau County Land and Tax Map, for special use permit under Village Code Section 200-53.3, to permit installation of wireless communications equipment atop existing building at premises, on which wireless communications equipment presently exists under previously issued special use permit, and which building is, therefore, deemed an existing wireless tower under the Code and applicable provisions of federal law. At the public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review file may do so during Village business hours.
