The applicant proposes to erect a two-story apartment building atop structural columns which will allow for the parking of twenty-seven (27) vehicles at ground level (Village Code requires twenty-eight (28) parking spaces). The proposed two-story building will provide for ten (10) one bedroom apartments and four (4) two bedroom apartments. The subject premises are in the Business District.
