PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Appeals of the Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing on the following application as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Ad Gelato Inc., a/k/a Gelateria Dei Coltelli for the property located at 615-621 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 166, Lots 150-154 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, requesting a Variance from Village Zoning Code §230-8 (i) (2) to provide fewer parking spaces than required under that section. The Village Code would require 30 parking spaces. The applicant proposes to provide 9 parking spaces.
All interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
