VILLAGE OF EAST WILLISTON PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of East Williston will convene to hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 7:30 PM at Village Hall, located at 2 Prospect Street, East Williston, New York, on the following applications: New Cases: Application of Michael & Stephanie Balboni for a variance of Chapter 160 Section 160-10 (C) & (E) of the Code of the Village of East Williston, requesting (1) a maximum lot coverage of 21.9% where 20% is allowed and (2) to maintain a front portico with a minimum front yard depth of 34’-9” where 40’-6” is allowed on the property owned by them in a Residence RAA District and located at 50 Meritoria Drive, East Williston, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 544, Lot 21 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
