Continued Case: Application of Mr. Gorlewski for a variance of Chapter 160, Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Subsection D (1) (c) (Placement of Accessory uses and buildings) of the Code of the Village of East Williston, to change the configuration of a driveway such that it would be set back at a varying amount of 1’ from the side line to 2’11” from the side line where a 5’ minimum is required on the property owned by them in a Residence RA District and located at 38 Ridge Road, East Williston, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 525, Lot 280 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
