LEGAL NOTICE Request for Bids (RFB): Tennis Court RestorationInc., Village of Bellerose Notice to Bidders: The Village of Bellerose invites the submission of bids to restore the two (2) tennis courts in Marsh Field, located to the east of Bellerose Village Hall. Interested bidders should visit the site in preparation for submitting a bid. Copies of the specifications can be requested by sending an email to villageclerk@bellerosevillage.org. Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bellerose at the Village Office, 50 Superior Road, Bellerose, New York, until Noon on September 15, 2023 at which time and place the sealed bids will be opened.†Bids must be in writing, addressed to the Clerk, Village of Bellerose, and received no later than Noon, September 15, 2023. The Village reserves the right to require the successful contractor to post a performance bond with sufficient surety for any amount not to exceed one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price. All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the outside as “Bid: Bellerose Village Tennis Court Restoration Project”. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposals, to reject all proposals, or to accept any proposal that, in the opinion of the Board, will be in the best interests of the Village.
