NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Great Neck Public Schools, Great Neck, New York, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: BID # 2023-24-4 FRESHLY PREPARED KOSHER FOODS Bid Opening: May 11, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on May 11, 2023 at the Great Neck Public Schools Purchasing Office, 345 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, NY 11020, at which time and place they will be publicly opened. Copies of the General Conditions, Specifications, and Bid Forms may be obtained from the Great Neck Public Schools Purchasing Office, 345 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, NY 11020, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on school days. The Board of Education reserves the right to consider experience, service and reputation in the above-referenced field. In addition, the Board of Education reserves the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications of the prospective bidder in evaluation of the bids and award of the contracts.
