NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington will receive bids for IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BAY WALK PARK WALKWAY located in the Village of Port Washington North, Nassau County, New York, at the Village Office, located at 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, April 17, 2023 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.Specifications for such work together with the required form of proposal can be obtained at the Village Office, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A fee of ten dollars ($10.00) non-refundable, will be required for a set of contract documents.Each bid must be accompanied by a †statement of non-collusion as required by Section 103d of the General Municipal Law. The contractor will be required to comply with all provisions of the Labor Law of the State of New York. Public liability and property damage insurance will be required.
