PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on January 19, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of TJ Murphy, 7 Meadow Lane, East Williston, New York to request variance from:††Variance 1) Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings †Sub-section D (1) (b)  ìÖ(b) On a property with an attached  garage, the driveway is permitted† to be a maximum of 18′ in widthî†Maximum width 18 feet. Requested width 22.2 feet  Variance 2) Article IX Supplementary Use and Dimensional Regulations Section 160-32 Placement of Accessory uses and buildings  Sub-section D (1) (c)  ìÖAll driveways in districts other than Residence B must be†at least five feet from any side yard.î Required 5 feet from side yard property line.
