Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale and Vacature of Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on September 27, 2018, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Nassau County Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on July 2, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 554 8th Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of New Hyde Park, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 32, Block 103 and Lot 75. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 14815/12.
