NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of North Hempstead – Board of Zoning Appeals Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of North Hempstead, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Zoning Appeals of said Town will meet at Town Hall, 220 Plandome Road, Manhasset, New York, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 to consider any matters that may properly be heard by said Board, and will hold a public hearing on said date to consider applications and appeals. The following cases will be called at said public hearing starting at 10:00am. APPEAL #21380 – Geevarghese Philipose; 185 Patton Boulevard, New Hyde Park; Section 8, Block 110, Lot 35; Zoned: Residence-C Variances from ßß70-49.C, 70-50.C, 70-101.B and 70-50.B to construct a new dwelling on an existing foundation that will be too big and too close to the street with a front porch that will be too close to the street.Plans are available for public viewing at https://northhempsteadny.gov/bza.
