LEGAL NOTICE – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TENTATIVE BUDGET INC. VILLAGE OF EAST WILLISTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of East Williston will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street, East Williston, New York in accordance with Sections 5-506 and 5-508 of the Village Law for the purpose of considering the adoption of the Village Budget for the fiscal year June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023. At such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of, or against the budget as compiled, or for or against any item therein contained. A copy of the tentative budget is available at the Office of the Village Clerk where it may be inspected by any interested person during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The following compensation to be paid to the Board of Trustees and the Mayor, each of which remains the same as the past fiscal year:
Mayor: $250.00 per month Trustee: $200.00 per month
